Common questions before you write
"I didn't receive my download link" — Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first. The email comes from contact@solenaricareco.shop. If it's not there, write us with your order number and we'll resend it within 1–2 business days.
"I can't open the file" — Our ebooks are PDF (some also EPUB). Any modern phone, tablet, or computer opens them. If yours won't, email us with your device and we'll send a compatible version.
"I want a refund" — Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase in specific cases. See our Refund Policy for full details, then email us with your order number.
"Are these ebooks therapy?" — No. We are not licensed therapists. Our ebooks are companion guides written by people who have walked through loss. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please call 988 (US Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency services.
"Will you publish more ebooks?" — Yes. If you want to hear when we release new modules or guides, subscribe at the bottom of any page on the Store and we'll email you (only when there's actually something new — no spam).
